New day today! I am again optimistic, I just want to continue to be healthy and to watch the carbs as I do love them! So Monday…the working blues were there but everything else was good J I feel I am making conscious healthy decisions for my meals and I do enjoy healthy food so today I am happy with what I have eaten and looking forward to the week ahead J
Breakdown of today’s meals:
Breakfast: Special K and Soya Milk and 1 Apple
Mid-Morning Snack: Fruit Salad (Kiwi, Grapes and a Satsuma)
Lunch: Banana, Salad (Lettuce, 1 Slice Corned Beef, 1 Tbsp Coleslaw, 2 Tbsp Rice Salad (Rice, Mayonaise, Peppers, Onions and Seasoning), Plum Tomatoes, ½ Orange Small Sweet Pepper, Alpro Natural Soya Yoghurt
Mid-Afternoon Snack: 1 x Bread, Mozzerella Cheese, 2 x Plum Tomatoes
Tea: Tuna and Cheese Toastie with a handful of fries (this was made for me, I couldn’t complain, it was tasty!)
