Hey Everyone
I did not like waking up this morning knowing it was weigh in day, I already know I have been bad from Day 6..okay so here goes….I now weigh…. The exact same!! I did not lose 1lb L but I guess I did not put on 1lb either J (silver lining and all that…)
I do feel disappointed as I thought I was really good all week and then messed it up right at the end! Now I was beating myself up about it for most of the morning and probably took it out on food (again!) when me and my boyfriend went to subway for lunch, I ordered a health plain chicken breast salad sub but still….a sub is a sub.
Breakdown of todays meal:
Breakfast: 3 x Weetabix and Soya Milk
Mid-Morning Snack: Nothing
Lunch: Plain Chicken Breast Salad Sub
Mid-Afternoon Snack: Walkers Salt and Vinegar Crinkles
Tea: Homemade Meatballs in Tomato Sauce with Potato Wedges and 1 x Sliced Garlic Bread (small)
My thinking today has been mostly “okay this weekend not so good, but tomorrow is a new day”. So I am back on the healthy scheme Monday and will plan to what to have next weekend so I don’t fall down the same trap.
