Fit For Christmas – Day 2

Hi Everyone :-)

Day 2 is nearly done and I must admit I have felt hungry today! However I have not given into temptation… so Yay! Haha, so far so good. Although it was a hungry day, I am still optimistic and keeping my hands (and mind) busy with work, reading, and loading holiday photos to Facebook…. (that actually took quite a while).

Breakdown of what I have eaten today:

Breakfast: Special K and Soya Milk

Mid-Morning Snack: Banana

Lunch: Salad (Tomatoes, Lettuce, Cucumbers, Tomato Pasta Salad, and Beetroot), and Go Ahead Apple and Raisin Bar.

Afternoon Snack: Alpro Soya Yoghurt

Tea: Beans, 1 round of toast, mushrooms, and 1 egg. – quick and simple meal for when you want something healthy and doesn’t take too long to make, full of fibre and protein, yay! J


*TIP*: Carry healthy snacks (such as fruit/nuts etc) with you when you are on-the-go to keep pesky temptation out of the way!

I found being at work is best when starting a new healthy eating diet, it helps the body to realise when it is hungry and not bored! Lets see what happens when the working week is at an end....
